FAQS

1. All rentals are DELIVERY only pick up is not an option.

2. Delivery and Pick up is included in the delivery fee.

3. Delivery fee starts at $50 within city limits. This fee will  be adjusted for further distance.

4. At time of delivery Renter or responsible Party must be present to inspect condition of chair.

5. From the time of drop off until pick up the rental are the sole responsibility of the Renter.

6. We will hold a valid credit card on file. Copy of the valid card front and back are required. Copy of valid ID that matches name on card  is required.

7. Rentals must end at 10pm. Rentals extended beyond 10pm are determined on a case by case basis. Location, type of event are some of things taken into consideration for extended rental.

8. Extended rentals will require and additional fee of $25 per hour.

9. Rentals will be picked up at agreed upon time in the contract. At time of pickup if the rentals are unavailable we will charge $25 every 30 minutes.

10. Please plan your event accordingly we will not be able to stay beyond agreed upon time as it interferes with our schedule.

11. A 50% nonrefundable / nontransferable deposit is required to book a date. Deposit goes towards cost of rental.

12. Balance of rental must be paid 1 week prior to your event. If balance isn’t paid 1week prior you forfeit your deposit and contract is voided. 

13. We invoice only. No cash payments accepted.

14. You the renter are responsible for any toll charges for your delivery.

15. We don’t carry rentals up or downstairs. Deliveries other than the first floor require a freight elevator. If we arrive and this isn’t available your rental and deposit will be forfeited. So please be truthful when booking your rental.

16. These rentals are large, heavy high end pieces. We will not force them though narrow entryways. If we arrive and rental can’t fit through entryway we will cancel rental and no refunds given.

17. Rentals are for Guest of Honor only!!! Rentals are not for everyone at the event to sit, lounge. drink or eat.

18. Rentals are for indoors only!!! If you use the rentals outdoors we are not responsible for any acts of God. If damage to rental is sustained we will charge card the full price of the rental.

19. We do not have a storefront therefore rentals can not be viewed.
